1. What kind of food do you serve?

We serve food ideal for those on keto, low carb and sugar-free diet.

2. What is the sweetener that you use?

We use erythritol, monkfruit and allulose for our goodies. 

3. What ingredients do you use?

At Keto Goodies PH and Kitchen, we understand the importance of catering to various dietary needs. We offer:
– 𝗟𝗼𝘄-𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗯/𝗞𝗲𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗿-𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀: Delicious treats made without added sugars, using natural sweeteners like stevia, erythritol, or monk fruit.

– 𝗡𝘂𝘁-𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Safe for those with nut allergies or sensitivities, featuring zero-flour bread options, flaxseed muffins, and pastries.

– 𝗢𝘅𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲-𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Customized breads and pastries for individuals sensitive to high oxalate foods, allowing guilt-free enjoyment. Our mission is to provide delicious, sugar-free, nut-free, and low-carb baked goodies that meet these specific needs. From savory breads to customized cakes, we’re committed to helping you achieve your health goals.

We also have flourless and high protein menu that uses egg white powder, oat fiber and flaxmeal.

4. How do I store my baked items?

Once received, please store your baked goods in the refrigerator, or your frozen items in the freezer.

5. What is the shelf-life of your goodies?

Keto-approved goodies do not have preservatives.

As a general rule, baked goodies last up to 7 days if refrigerated and up to a month when frozen.

These numbers are just approximate and may still vary depending on your handling and temperature conditions.

Tip: If you decide to put your goodies in the freezer to last longer, you may cut it into serving portions before freezing so you only thaw the part that you will consume.

ORDERING AND DELIVERY

1.   How do I order?

• Check our menu and place an order through our facebook page or send us an email at ketogoodiesbyemily@gmail.com
• We will send you your INVOICE which includes your delivery fee.
• Pay only once you received an INVOICE from us then wait for confirmation.

2.  When to order?
For items that are made-to-order such as cakes, order and pay in advance for at least 1-2 days before delivery day.

3. Where to pay?
We accept bank transfers. Our official accounts are the following: BDO, BPI and Eastwest Bank. We also accept GCASH and MAYA transactions.

4. How much is the delivery fee? Where do you deliver?
Delivery fees are based on the rates of the courier such as Lalamove, Mr. Speedy, Grab, etc. We only deliver to areas reachable by couriers on a same day delivery.

5. How long is the delivery?
We deliver between 9:00 am -4:00 pm. In the event that the client wants a specific time, please coordinate with our Customer Support Team.  We usually recommend that clients book for his/her own delivery if he/she needs a specific time.

Delivery time upon booking usually takes 1-2 hours.
We will update the client once the items are already prepared for delivery.

6. Do you accept walk-ins or pick-up?
Yes, we do.  We usually advise to check first the availability of the items before coming to our place.

TERMS/ OUR POLICY ON SHIPPING, HANDLING & STORAGE OF KETO BAKED GOODIES

•These goodies do not have preservatives. Refrigerate within 24 hours to keep them fresh. They last for over 10 days when refrigerated and a month if stored in a freezer.

•We are not responsible for any damage to the pastries after it has left our shop. We can book the deliveries for you and we ensure they are in good condition BEFORE we deliver them.

•We ensure that we use keto-approved ingredients and therefore, they may not suit your usual taste of traditional cakes and pastries. We bake fresh daily.

–If you are not happy please ensure you make this known when accepting your cake. We can only accommodate within one (1 ) day upon delivery of the items.

This gives us the opportunity to correct any problem. We are not responsible for mistakes made by the customer. We always keep samples of our products for a reasonable time. We always take photographs of the cakes prior to delivery / collection.
