1. What kind of food do you serve?

We serve food ideal for those on keto, low carb and sugar-free diet.

2. What is the sweetener that you use?

We use erythritol and allulose for our goodies. 

3. What ingredients do you use?

WE use ingredients that are keto-compliant. We use almond flour and coconut flour which are considered as gluten-free.
We also use eggs, heavy cream, unsalted butter, cream cheese, vanilla extract, pink himalayan salt and baking powder. Keto flours do not rise much which makes our goodies heavy compared to usual breads and pastries that are non-keto.

4. How do I store my baked items?

Once received, please store your baked goods in the refrigerator, or your frozen items in the freezer.

5. What is the shelf-life of your goodies?

Keto-approved goodies do not have preservatives.

As a general rule, baked goodies last up to 7 days if refrigerated and up to a month when frozen.

These numbers are just approximate and may still vary depending on your handling and temperature conditions.

Tip: If you decide to put your goodies in the freezer to last longer, you may cut it into serving portions before freezing so you only thaw the part that you will consume.

  • We will send you your INVOICE which includes your delivery fee.
  • Pay only once you received an INVOICE from us then wait for confirmation.

2.  When to order?
For items that are made-to-order such as cakes, order and pay in advance for at least 1-2 days before delivery day.

3. Where to pay?
We accept bank transfers. Our official accounts are the following: BDO, BPI and Eastwest Bank. We also accept GCASH and PAYMAYA transactions.

4. How much is the delivery fee? Where do you deliver?
Delivery fees are based on the rates of the courier such as Lalamove, Mr. Speedy, Grab, etc. We only deliver to areas reachable by couriers on a same day delivery.

5. How long is the delivery?
We deliver between 9:00 am -4:00 pm. In the event that the client wants a specific time, please coordinate with our Customer Support Team.  We usually recommend that clients book for his/her own delivery if he/she needs a specific time.

Delivery time upon booking usually takes 1-2 hours.
We will update the client once the items are already prepared for delivery.

6. Do you accept walk-ins or pick-up?
Yes, we do.  We usually advise to check first the availability of the items before coming to our place.


•These goodies do not have preservatives. Refrigerate within 24 hours to keep them fresh. They last for over 10 days when refrigerated and a month if stored in a freezer.

•We are not responsible for any damage to the pastries after it has left our shop. We can book the deliveries for you and we ensure they are in good condition BEFORE we deliver them.

•We ensure that we use keto-approved ingredients and therefore, they may not suit your usual taste of traditional cakes and pastries. We bake fresh daily.

–If you are not happy please ensure you make this known when accepting your cake. We can only accommodate within one (1 ) day upon delivery of the items.

This gives us the opportunity to correct any problem. We are not responsible for mistakes made by the customer. We always keep samples of our products for a reasonable time. We always take photographs of the cakes prior to delivery / collection.
